People who understands their trade well are the ones who can withstand the recession turbulences in the age of extreme competition. Skill should be always considered as a secondary thing to focus about while key focus should be on understanding the nature of their job. Let me introduce you to the fundamental social misconceptions about Appraisal system.


The definitive purpose of the whole process is to serve as a guideline for us in achieving our highest potential. It's also designed to understand the business purpose of our existence in this field. Roots of this system dated back to history, where knowledgable individuals has defined the notion of central process for assessing the promises made by the both sides of the parties in the contract. In the process of technological evolution of software engineering, this process has taken many forms. With in no time they reach the pinnacles and rest is all about maintenance. Big giant companies who has market dominance will host this talent and offers a life rewarding contract. Persistence in these roles is all about two way respect shown by the individual and company in need. Appraisal is not a great deal here as the expectation is set for a longer term rather than conventional mid year or annual cycles. These players will emerge as pioneers and strictly do not bound to the company shells. Very lucrative right 💁 , there is a price to pay. We will talk more about this mode in upcoming blogs.


Techno Leaders in shell

These individuals are no less than Top Notch how ever these players interoperate with strategies of the company. These players do not prefer to be jack of all trades and need company platform to realise their vision. Individuals of this sort after gaining significant business intelligence could also emit the characteristics of the Top Notch and eventually do their own start up models. During the course of journey, they play different minds for short stints and becomes trust worthy players for the business leaders. If you have heard about service provider companies partnering with other product based companies to deliver innovative implementations, these players presence can be felt in those partnerships. They win deals generate revenue and are management best buddies.They establish assurance to delivery streams and most of the times retain contracts which are on the verge of closure. Appraisal for these players is not an easy business for the management to deal with. If finance gain is not achieved, these players make sure their leadership journey is at par.



Top Performers in shell

These are Players on ground emit delivery heroics. These players have great common sense and triggered by external motivation. I would say these are not work alcoholics but have higher grasping power and will be very keen on detailing. They raise to the occasion every time there is a need and outperform. Given little nurturing these players can transform themselves as Top Notch. These players need motivation sometimes. Majority of the times its finance aspect always keeps them going. Unless a belief system is established and demonstrated about their growth, its hard to retain these players.
