Do we feel always inspired , the moment we tune in to our daily professional chores.

Do we need an acknowledgement from Leadership to perform the things that we are paid to deliver.

Do we feel high always even when things are not as anticipated.

If our response echoes as "Its contextual and relative and time bound", then let's take a small tidbit to surf the breadth of the amalgamated thought waves.



Mastro Skilled Individuals are always bang on target. They are always there to guide the team or help an individual . But if not, please share your success and make others who are from your team to share your success empire. This will lead to dramatic change in culture of your organisation. Then Appraisal discussion will turn in to what can I do for company rather than what company has done for me. We always hear great things about companies and gets fascinated about we being in those teams to play our role and improve our skill also contribute to the visions of the company.

Well behind the scenes its actually the culture of the companies that drives the individuals. Who sets the culture is not the top leadership, but the middle management . Top leadership are always there for us, organisations growth and individuals passion is almost influenced by the middle management.


Now coming back about spikes we get

  1. Do you have same enthusiasm always

  2. Do you need your line managers appreciation to do your job

  3. How often you explore your inner interesting idea

  4. Do you get Time or caught up in BAU chores



Unfortunately our industry is time bound, there is no luxury of time. It runs on Skill & Time with a bit of human touch. So in this high demanding profession, how to maintain our Spikes is very much a survival skill. Always know that you are not the first person who is facing a challenge. Many people before us who walked on this Planet before us or some one you dont know some where in the world, or some other person whom you have not met had encountered it.

Do not look for Appreciation Acknowledgements

Set your base line with no look up for managers pat on back.


Dont blame Yourself or Others

This is give an take industry driven by Customers & Profits. You are given an opportunity, if you dont like it, choose next place.


Dont Panic when you are Challenged

There is always a better solution than yours. After all every Scientist theory was overridden by next . So dont hurt yourself and work with rage. Its about how quickly you adapt and evolve .


Forgot Pay Rise & Promotion

Your actions should not be driven for PR's. This should be first Love aspect and your journey should be honoured by leadership, dont beg for it. Leadership should know your role play. So its a a deal. Till we get base line right, lets not focus on this.


No Opinions

Its all contextual . No frenemies. If you want, form an opinion on skill set. People whom you dont like are not going to change, lets get stronger than them.



You have to bring up your natural ability with added skill to live in peace in this high demanding profession. So if you know how to balance your Spikes, your natural base line dictates your behavior when things are not under your control . Once you master your natural abilities, then you can play your experiments.
