Top-3 Misnomer Patterns

M1: Modelling for Pay Cheque

The most common downfall pattern one should not buy in to , this will jeopardise our core belief systems and start building patterns based on whats needed for pay-raise.

Even if this is for taking your professional cadence to your next hierarchy, don't buy in to. Because this is not a sustainable pattern.


At one point in your career monetary hikes saturates and you need to display heroic enthusiasm and motivation in your craft that will only be portrayed when you model your soul for long term game.


M2: Modelling by Influence


Guess Who wins ? Personality of influence : Personality with plethora of knowledge.

Do not jump in to, you need to gather some more context. Your environment is shaped by a group of people's ideology of what they believe in to. If voting is more leaned to Personality of Influence, then no matter even if you hire an Einstein, he will end up losing a proposal.

Modern day blessing is mostly with the bunch of people whom you are surrounded with share same ideology and passion.


To survive in this pattern all you need to do is keep improving your skills and showcase your true nature rather than swinging to influential traits. May be you may not win, but you will be rock solid and feel content.



M3: Attention Syndrome

This is more of a dangerous pattern. To identify if you are falling under this, then check your beat on whether you are demotivated or rolling up your sleeves

"No rewards but exciting work"

"No acknowledgement's but opportunity to groom your skills"

"Initiative is not under radar"

"No recognitions but locked in for a year or two"

"Relentless work though".


Will you opt in or opt out?


I am saying not to be rebels but the traits you develop will be your core and can shine light on the group of people whom you will be nurturing down the line. For all those emerging leadership's and future leaders please buy in to long term traits and bring up the best of your peers by being with them and connect them to your higher vision.


If you are connected to your higher vision but not your peers, its not a win. Your Peer should also get excited and be happy.


If your team buys in to your ideology not because you hold a title, but because they value your experience and knowledge. Then you are not only building products you are building a better eco system who can produce and create wonders. You will be a hero in their Life.
